  • It’s okay… Really. High-conflict dynamics are what we specialize in. We’re trained to interrupt unhelpful patterns, slow things down, and keep the room safe so things don’t spiral. You don’t need to “behave perfectly” for this work to help—we support you in real time.

  • No. We won’t push you to break up or stay together. Our role is to help you understand the pattern you’re stuck in, communicate more clearly, and explore what each of you wants. We support you in making the decision that feels right for you—not the one that feels right to us.

  • Yes—we offer both. We see couples in person at our Evergreen, Colorado office and online throughout the entire state.

    For high-conflict couples, we highly encourage coming in person for at least some sessions. So much of this work involves communication skills, learning how to stay calm in the moment, and practicing new patterns together—and we have powerful in-person tools that make that easier and more effective.

    Online sessions are still an option, but many couples find a blend of in-person and virtual sessions gives them the best results.
