Exhausted by Old Patterns That Never Seem to Change?
Therapy Can Help You Reset
When you’re stuck in patterns that leave you feeling disconnected, discouraged, or misunderstood, it’s easy to lose hope. The same triggers keep showing up, and even your best intentions get swallowed by the cycle.
You might notice:
Arguments that escalate quickly
Old wounds resurfacing out of nowhere
Emotional distance that doesn’t make sense
One of you shutting down while the other pushes harder
Feeling stuck and unsure what to do next
In therapy, we slow things down, uncover what’s fueling these patterns, and build new ways of communicating that feel calmer and more supportive.
Together, we create space for repair, reconnection, and and a relationship that feels healthier — and more at peace.

Build a Healthier RelationshipTherapy for women and couples who want real change
I became a therapist because I care deeply about meeting people with compassion, respect, and a real belief in their ability to grow. My work with substance use, trauma, grief, mood disorders, and relationship challenges has shown me that people aren’t “broken”—they’re overwhelmed, carrying a lot, and doing the best they can.
In therapy, I’m warm, attentive, and straightforward. I pay attention to what’s happening underneath the surface and help you make sense of it without judgment. Whether we’re talking about communication, trust, substance use, or stress, I help you understand what’s getting in the way and support you in trying new ways of relating that actually feel manageable.
Outside of sessions, I’m almost always outdoors — hiking in the mountains, relaxing at the beach, or hanging out with my dog (who, to be fair, thinks he’s the one running the show). I love trying new restaurants with friends and playing cards with my family. And yes, I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Administration — because I really do love learning.
Working with people through so many different seasons has shown me just how resilient humans are. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to sort through it alone. We’ll take it at a pace that works for you, with support, honesty, and a little bit of humor.

Real Support for People Who Want Real Change
Here’s what you can expect when we get started:
We begin by understanding what you want.
We talk about what’s been painful, what’s been helping, and what you hope will feel different — even if it’s hard to articulate at first. Everyone gets space to speak openly and feel genuinely heard.
Then we look at how you interact.
We explore how you talk to each other, what sparks conflict, and what helps you stay connected. You’ll learn ways to express yourself without things escalating and listen without shutting down. We practice together so it feels more natural at home.
Next, we work on healing the sore spots.
As conversations become less tense, we focus on rebuilding trust, closeness, and understanding the patterns that have been weighing on your relationship. This can include addressing past hurts, managing stress, or navigating the impact of substance use or trauma.
And finally, we make sure the progress lasts.
We talk about what helps you stay connected day to day — handling stress as a team, using what you’ve learned, and supporting each other without slipping back into old patterns. The goal is for things to feel lighter, more manageable, and more connected.

Yes. I work with couples facing tough situations — ongoing conflict, emotional distance, substance use concerns, broken trust, grief, and the fallout from decisions that still hurt.

Therapy helps when you’re willing to look at what’s happening underneath the arguments and try new ways of talking to each other. You don’t have to do it perfectly — you just need a place where both of you can be heard and guided.
Many couples start noticing small but meaningful improvements early on: less tension, clearer conversations, and a sense that things are moving in a better direction.

Yes — both options are available. You can meet with me in person in Evergreen or online from anywhere in Colorado. Whatever feels easiest and most comfortable for you.
