Click the “Request Appointment” button below to see our available appointment times.
Choose any time that works for you — all of our therapists specialize in couples work and uses evidence-based therapy tools, including the Gottman Method.
Not sure who to pick? No problem.
Just choose a time that fits, and we’ll sort out the rest together during the consult.
-
The consult is a 30-minute conversation where you can share what’s been going on, ask questions, and see whether our approach feels like a good fit.
It’s not a therapy session — there’s no pressure, no commitment, and no expectation to “perform” or have everything figured out.
By the end, you’ll know:
whether couples therapy is the right next step
who on our team is the best match for your situation
what early sessions will focus on
how scheduling and fees work
-
No — one or both partners can come. Many couples start with one person if schedules are tricky or if someone needs a little time to warm up.
If only one partner can attend, we’ll still get a clear sense of what’s going on and help you decide next steps together.
-
Yes. This consultation is offered at no cost.
-
That’s completely okay. There’s no obligation to continue. You’re always in control of next steps.
-
Both. You’re welcome to meet with us in person at our Evergreen office or online from anywhere in Colorado.

Every couple is different—and every therapist is, too.
All of the therapists on our team share the same values and approach, but each therapist brings their own personality, strengths, and style to the work. All of our clinicians have advanced training in evidence-based methods like the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Discernment Counseling—so you’re in good hands, no matter who you work with.
